From our powerful Behind-the-Ear Anthem...to our light, open-fit-in-the-Canal products, there are sizes and technologies for every ear and every budget.
 
We make your satisfaction our number one priority.  We want each patient to be completely pleased with every aspect of their Audibel instrument - and their experience in our Hearing Centers.

 


Step 2: Understanding
Understanding our “Audicare” Service Commitment to you.
 
Each Audibel Hearing Center is rigorously evaluated to ensure it meets and exceeds the highest possible standards.  Each center is required to earn the "Audicare Seal of Approval" - which you’re assured that you are receiving the highest level of care available in the industry.
 
As an Audible hearing aid owner, you will automatically be registered - without cost or obligation - in our AudiCare Lifetime Care Plan.  Enrollment in the plan ensures your satisfaction with the fit, comfort, and performance of your hearing aids for as long as you own them.
 
In addition, you will benefit from a full one-year standard warranty covering repairs for mechanical and fitting problems - plus a one-time replacement due to loss or total destruction.
 
The AudiCare lifetime care Plan:
• Is available at no cost or obligation to you.
•Enables you to receive lifetime service at all Audibel Centers for Hearing.
•Excellence across the U.S.A.
•Provides lifetime in-house repair and cleaning for the life of your Audibel hearing aid.
•Provides for annual electronic hearing checks to monitor your frequency-specific sensitivity.
•Allows for an annual video otoscope inspection of your ear canal for continuing good health.

 

Step 3: Selecting
Selecting our "Worry-Free Warranty” repair services for all brands of hearing instruments.
 
Before you leave our Center for Hearing Excellence, your Audibel representative will show you how to properly care for your new hearing instrument.  Follow these instructions carefully, and you should expect worry-free performance from your device for years.
 
Sometimes, however, despite every precaution, the unthinkable happens.  You could accidentally lose your hearing aids or they could malfunction.
 
That is why we give you the option to purchase a special "Worry Free" Loss Damage and Repair extended warranty program for all Audibel products.  This warranty can be bought at any time before your one-year standard warranty expires.
 
In addition, because we want to be your Hearing Authority, our extended warranty program is also available for all other makes and models of competing hearing aid brands.  We are committed to helping you hear better and we believe in offering this special protection even for our competitor's products.

Because balanced hearing is better hearing.
 
Even with the breakthrough of nanotechnology in hearing aids, one ear simply cannot do the work of two.  Hearing with both ears is far more effective, helping your brain recognize sounds and distinguish individual strands of speech in a noisy room.  In addition, it is much easier to tell where a sound is coming from - and turn to it appropriately - if you can hear it in stereo, as nature intended.
 
Hearing with both ears is also far more comfortable.  With both ears working together, less amplification is needed to hear everyday sounds.  Also, lower volume means less distracting background noise.
 
Finally, your experience of hearing will be exponentially better.  People who wear two hearing aids report a rich, full, natural sound quality. Both ears give you the hearing you deserve.
